Lynda Gill is a Certified Intermediate Junior II Iyengar Yoga Instructor.

She began practicing Iyengar Yoga in 1986 and has traveled to India to study with the Iyengars at the Iyengar Institute in Pune.  During the past 30 years Lynda has attended numerous workshops and teacher trainings throughout the U.S. She was a Licensed Massage Therapist, a certified Neuromuscular Therapist, and former faculty member of the Atlanta School of Massage. Lynda has served as a Board Member of the Iyengar Yoga Association of the SouthEast (IYASE).  Lynda brings to her classes a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the body.

After completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology, Lynda began studies in Information Systems and later joined Hewlett-Packard where she was employed as a Computer Systems Engineer for 10 years.  During that time, Lynda was an avid runner, competing in many road races and completing her first marathon in 3 hours and 17 minutes.  Lynda draws on her experience as a mother, grandmother, corporate employee and athlete to help others in managing the stresses of daily living.
