12-week Summer Session begins Monday, June 25

Level 1 These classes are for students who are new to Iyengar yoga or for those who need a gentler, slower-paced class. Basic standing and seated poses are practiced to develop flexibility, strength, endurance, and stability. Reclining and inverted poses are also included to relax the body and quiet the mind.
Levels 1 - 2 These classes are for students who have an understanding of the basic poses and know how to set up and use props as needed. Sarvangasana (Shoulderstand) will be practiced, and Sirsasana (Headstand) will be introduced.
Level 2 This class is for experienced students who practice the classic inversions (headstand and shoulderstand) and are ready for more challenging forward bends, twists, balancings, and backbends.
Levels 2 - 3 This is our most advanced class and is for experienced students and teachers who are dedicated and mature in their pactice. Permission of the instructor is required.
